We Care Committee

“WE CARE” is a new committee that has just been established in our church.  We had a very well attended organizational meeting on October 12th, 2009. 

The Committee will provide ways and means of caring for our membership when they have special needs and concerns. There are four Subcommittees: Visitation, Meals, Transportation, and Helping Hands.  

Bert Emmett will be the overall chair of the We Care Committee. The Subcommittee chairs are as follows: 

Visitation—Toni Ethridge

Meals—Marilyn Strong and Wendy Stackhouse

Transportation—Rex Tennyson

Helping Hands—Darcy and Richard Bauer. 

Wendy Stackhouse will also coordinate a job referral service on our church website, assisted by Shaaron Casey.  

We welcome other volunteers to the various committees. Simply call Pat Kauffman at 818-845-1531 and let her know on which subcommittee you would like to serve. Also please let us know if the committee can help you and yours in any way.
