Program

A typical day at Nursery School includes:

• Classroom time which includes:  Educational manipulatives, dramatic play, creative arts, cooking, science, and snack.
• Group time: Stories, music, movement
• Outdoor time in two play yards with: Wheel toys, water play, climbing, creative art, dramatic play, small motor development
• Opportunities throughout the day for: Physical development, learning social skills, cognitive development, emotional growth, problem solving, development of thinking skills

The daily activities and goals throughout the year are based on developmentally appropriate practices and learning through play.  Both indoor and outdoor environments are carefully planned to encourage growth in all areas of children's development.
